SIP Protocol
Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) is the universal standard for VoIP signaling. Your iTel Dialer uses SIP to set up, manage, and terminate calls through our servers.
HD Voice Codecs
We use Opus and G.722 wideband codecs that capture voice frequencies up to 7,000 Hz — vs. 3,400 Hz for traditional PSTN calls. The difference in clarity is immediately audible.
Intelligent Routing
Our switch automatically evaluates dozens of carrier routes to your destination and selects the best one based on quality, latency, and cost — in real time on every call.
End-to-End Encryption
TLS encrypts the SIP signaling channel; SRTP encrypts the actual voice media. Your calls cannot be intercepted or eavesdropped from the moment they leave your device.
Redundant Infrastructure
Our servers run across multiple data centers on three continents with automatic failover. If one node experiences an issue, your calls instantly reroute to a healthy node.
