1. Definitions

• "Company" means iTelVoIP and its affiliates, officers, and employees.
• "Service" means the VoIP calling platform, iTel Mobile Dialer, MoSIP Dialer applications, and all related services.
• "User" or "Customer" means any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
• "Account" means the registered account through which a User accesses the Service.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register for an account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction

3. Acceptable Use

You may use iTelVoIP services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited uses include:

• Illegal caller ID spoofing or fraudulent caller identification
• Spam calls, robocalls, or telemarketing in violation of local laws
• Interfering with or disrupting the iTelVoIP network infrastructure
• Reselling services without a valid reseller agreement
• Any use that violates applicable telecommunications regulations

4. VoIP Service & Call Quality

iTelVoIP delivers VoIP calls via Internet Protocol networks. Call quality depends on your Internet connection speed and stability. We guarantee 99.9% platform uptime but cannot guarantee call quality on networks outside our control.

5. Billing & Payment

• Fees are charged according to the plan selected at signup
• International call rates vary by destination — check our rate card
• Plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing date
• Unused balance is non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or present an abusive usage pattern. You may close your account at any time via the customer portal.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iTelVoIP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our VoIP services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
