The iTel Dialer for Windows is a professional desktop VoIP application that delivers HD-quality calls with advanced features like custom caller ID, call history, and SIP account management. This guide covers everything from installation to advanced configuration.
System Requirements
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit)
- 2GB RAM minimum, 4GB recommended
- Active internet connection (minimum 1 Mbps upload/download per call)
- Microphone and speakers or headset
Step 1: Download the Installer
Visit our Downloads page and download the latest iTel Dialer EXE installer for Windows. The file is digitally signed for your security.
Step 2: Installation
Run the installer as Administrator. Accept the license agreement and choose your installation directory. The installer will automatically configure Windows Firewall rules for SIP and RTP traffic.
Step 3: Configure Your Account
Launch iTel Dialer and navigate to Settings → SIP Accounts. Enter your SIP credentials from your iTelVoIP dashboard: server address, username, password, and port. Click Test Connection to verify registration.
Step 4: Audio Configuration
Go to Settings → Audio and select your preferred microphone and speaker devices. We recommend enabling echo cancellation and noise suppression for optimal call quality.
Step 5: Making Your First Call
Enter the destination number in E.164 format (e.g., +44 20 7946 0958 for a UK number). Click the green call button. You should see your registered custom caller ID displayed to the recipient.
