What is New in 2.5
Multi-SIP Account Management
You can now register and manage up to 10 SIP accounts simultaneously within a single MoSIP installation. Switch between accounts with a single tap, or set up automatic routing rules to direct different outbound numbers through specific accounts.
Opus Codec Support
Opus is now a first-class codec option in MoSIP 2.5. With Opus enabled, call quality at low bitrates (as little as 8kbps) is superior to G.711 at 64kbps, making MoSIP ideal for mobile data connections in regions with limited bandwidth.
Enhanced Call Quality Indicator
The new real-time quality indicator displays MOS score, packet loss percentage, jitter, and latency during active calls. This makes it easy to diagnose network issues and switch networks if quality degrades.
Improved Battery Optimization
Background SIP registration now uses 40% less battery through intelligent keep-alive interval management.
Upgrading
Download MoSIP 2.5 from our Downloads page. Existing settings and accounts are preserved during upgrade.
